City Building Construction Company was established in 2007 with a vision for a better future and a modern urban environment. Our mission was clear — to provide high-quality construction services that meet the growing needs of residents and businesses while contributing to the sustainable development of our city.
The beginning was not easy. We faced the global financial crisis that hit the world in 2008. The crisis led to a decline in investment in the construction sector, made project financing more challenging, and created difficulties in the sale of completed residential properties.
We had to be creative, optimize our processes, and invest in new technologies and methods to improve the efficiency and quality of our projects. We had to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving customer expectations.
We specialize in the construction of residential, industrial, and administrative buildings, as well as hotels and hotel complexes.
In 2020, we expanded our activities to include property development and investment. Our primary goal was to provide high-quality, accessible homes for families and people looking to invest in real estate.
Over the years, we have successfully delivered numerous projects that have helped shape and transform the urban environment of Varna.
The residential complexes we have built for our clients, as well as through our own investments, have provided homes for thousands of families. We have also contributed to the construction of some of the most luxurious hotels along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, including Villa Chinka and Astor Garden, which attract thousands of visitors every year.
Our commercial and office spaces have enabled numerous businesses to establish and grow their operations in the city, contributing to the development of the local economy.

Residential Buildings Category
City Building was awarded Construction Company of the Year 2024 in the Residential Buildings category, recognized as one of the most active construction companies in Bulgaria based on the total completed built-up area (GFA) delivered in 2024.
In the “Residential Buildings – New Construction” category, a total of 13 projects were submitted in accordance with the competition requirements.

CITY BUILDING Ltd. is a beneficiary under Administrative Contract No. BG16RFOP002-2.077-0234-C01 for the provision of grant funding.
Project: “Support for Medium-Sized Enterprises to Overcome the Economic Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic”
Main objective: To provide working capital to Bulgarian medium-sized enterprises to help them overcome the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Total project value: BGN 150,000.00, of which BGN 127,500.00 in European funding and BGN 22,500.00 in national co-financing.
